Richard is a researcher and practitioner in the field of organization studies. It isn't particularly easy (or, necessarily, useful) to label his approach or eclectic interests, other than to say they revolve around his core belief that we can always improve our experience of how we live and work.
His background (which encompasses professional music as well as elite sport) has prepared him to feel at home in many different high performance environments. His education (MA & MEd from the University of Cambridge, and MBA from the Open University) has developed him alongside a whole host of brilliant people who have challenged and inspired him in equal measure. Richard brings this wide and diverse set of interests and enthusiasms to doctoral research at Oxford Brookes University (where he is an Associate Lecturer, teaching undergraduates on the 'Organizational Behaviour Management' and 'Introduction to People Management' modules) and to private practice as a Performance Strategist.
